I ordered this Le Creuset Stoneware Heritage Loaf Pan in the "peche", which is such a beautiful color! I love the great helper handles; they make moving the pan so much easier. Bakes perfect bread. I don't want synthetics like folic acid in my bread. Folic acid sits in the receptors where folate belongs. Bake your bread and eat green leafy vegetables instead.
