ランニング中に疲労の蓄積が原因で肉離れしてしまいました。接骨院の先生の指導でストレッチングボード利用を勧められ、Amazonを徘徊していたところ見つけて毎日利用しています。負傷前より足首の可動域が広がりました。面倒なのは室内で利用しているため、シューズを用意しをおかなければならないことです。しょうがないので、器具と一緒に履き古したシューズを洗って置いておき、使うことにしてます。
