Better than I expected. Highly recommended
Great tires. Balanced up real well. Ride smooth. I took them over to discount tire, they mounted and balanced them for $100. Seemed worth it to me. Ride very smooth. A quite ride. Very durable tire. I was nervous at first to buy them. Totally at peace with them now. I have recommended them to others. They look really good too. I am using them on a 86 for range with a 6" lift. Photo is with my old tires, BFG's I prefer the new tires. I use my truck for city driving. Some unpaved off roading. No harsh terrain Lots of hauling trash to the dump.Update It’s been over 12,000 miles. I have grown to like these tires even more. They wear evenly. Still ride smooth. Even the guys ar Discount Tire are impressed. They rotate and balance them for me. I am so happy with my purchase. Re configured the truck some. All freeway driving. At speed averaging 65 mph. I rarely drive over 75. The tread is barely even worn. Must be a hard compound. Recommended buy.

Great tire for the $$!!!!!
Fast shipping. Great price. They were loud at first, but soon settled in to be not bad at all. The guy who balanced them said they balanced well with the Cragar Soft 8s we put them on. I'm very happy with them so far. I've only put around 1200 miles on them at this point, so time will tell if they stand up to this review. If things change I'll edit this review.

Good truck tires, tough and good traction
Don't believe all the negative reviews, I put these on the back of my old ford 2 wheel drive truck, very tough around the farm tire, hauls wood, good traction, and so far tire life seems good. I get complements on them. For the Price a Great tire.

Purcahsed 3 sets over the years, looking forward to the 4th GREAT tires.
Having been an avid off-roader and off road truck racer since the 1970's I have been able to use all sorts of other brand named tires. But I have yet to find a set that worked as well as these Guard Dogs... I have already run through 3 sets of them over the years and am looking forward to purchasing my fourth set. They perform excellent in all conditions and with Treadwright's tougher rubber compound they last an exceptionally long time, even when used as a daily driver. I have nothing but good to say about not only their tires, but their customer service as well. If your looking at purchasing some Treadwright tires I say go for it, because you won't be disappointed..!!!

I've had these on my TJ for 4 years. GREAT off road tire (I used the BFG casings when I ordered, not the current bead to beads) that has stood up to plenty of rocks and mud. Even decent on the road, about average in snow. I've never had to be winched (in areas others have) and always put these on the biggest, sharpest rocks I can find. Aired down properly, these are by far the best performing off-road tire for the money. They balanced fine for me, I'll be getting another set at some point but I feel I have another year or so to go with these!
