Do my dogs need to be kept off the area until the grass has grown?

I didn't keep mine off and to be honest I wished I did. Saying that the grass has started to come back in the area that was ruined by the dogs. I think it would have grown back quicker if I kept them away.

Does it grow well in shade? For example under a trampoline!

Will not grow under a trampoline. Grass needs some sunlight.

Are these seeds well suited to clay soil?

Mine did nt grow. Waste of money.

Can I plant flowers on top of this?

You could but it will make cutting your grass a little difficult
