I've always taken a medium size in hats and caps, but the last medium size hat I purchased was a little too large and was not adjustable. So I purchased the Cotton Sweat Band - Hat Sizer containing two pieces. One was quite sufficient to size the hat, so I have a spare for some time in the future. Recommended.

Great solution.
This works really well. Easy to apply. Clear instructions. There are two included. Although I only needed one, the band is applied to the part of the hat that sits on your forehead (the area that gets the most wear and perspiration) and will need to be replaced in time. Arrived in the time specified.

Does the job
I needed these to resize a 63cm hat to fit my 62cm head. They were easy to fit, reduced the size by the amount needed and are comfortable to wear.

Hat sweat band
Good quality product, the one problem I had with this was the adhesive was not strong enough to hold it in place.I got around this by sewing it into position.

Comfortable and holds shape.
I used to get a line on my forehead when wearing my XL size cap. Now the cap is more comfortable and no line in my forehead. Win win.

Item not up to expectations
Unfortunately the adhesive is not strong enough and the felt strip keeps coming off. I will try to sew it , but item definitelybelow expectations
