I love them. It comes with 4 different size cups. They are a bit stiff at first, but they loosen a bit up after using it a few times. The material is also really good and I love the colour(I got black). I did forget to buy massage oil so if you are gonna buy don’t forget to buy:) also shipping was super fast I got them in 2 days

I got these cups due to the tremendous back pain that I suffer from. I'm familiar with cupping method but the old school Soviet union form where they use glass cups and literally light you on fire. I chose to have a safer option and just use the silicone suction cups which according to the description its naturally hygienic and easy to clean which is better then the ones i got with the glass. My mom is an acupuncturist so she deals with cupping on a daily basis and when i showed her these- she told me they are great quality. The whole idea behind cupping is to suction the tissue which helps to relieve the stagnation of blood flow via negative pressure. Im really into natural holistic methods so thats why i chose to invest in my own personal 4 suction cups. I also like the size that they come in.

This is my first cupping set and I LOVE these! I watched the multiple videos from the company and have already purchased a 2nd and 3rd set from the same company, as I’m now excited to try a range of shapes and sizes! Quality seems excellent and easy to use. I also appreciated the numerous online educational resources that the company provided to help me get started! I’m not sure how effective these will be, over time, for the long-haul, but in the short-term, at least, I felt like I did experience a degree of almost instant pain relief! The convenience and ease of use also means that this is more likely to be a therapy with which I consistently follow through.

These suction cups are amazing! They create excellent suction that I use to massage my fascia, promote circulation, and reduce inflammation. I use the small ones on my face, neck, and upper chest and the larger ones on my legs, abdomen, stomach, and buttocks. And it works wonders in reducing the appearance of cellulite with continued use! Word of warning: it will leave bruises so be careful when using these! Go easy in the beginning! I haven't used these for pain relief purposes, but I am sure they would work just fine. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. I even got a set for my sister too and she loves it!
