I use these for making my soups. And boy do I like making soups. You can make any kind of soup you want in these. Chicken soup, broccoli soup, beef soup, minestrone soup, tomato soup, mushroom soup, cream of mushroom soup, clam chowder, carrot soup, split pea soup, lentil soup, red bean soup, roasted cauliflower soup, leak and onion soup, French onion soup, cheese soup, chive and endive soup, bone broth soup, ox tail soup. And the list goes on. You can even make stews! Chicken stew, steak and potato stew, potato and bacon stew, Irish stew, lamb stew, carrot and leek stew, pork stew, turkey stew, roasted veggie stew, goat stew, bison stew. And that list goes on and on. You can even make many other things like pot pies, deserts, small breads, and more. I highly recommend these.

My Kook Mini Cocottes arrived today and they look fantastic. The box was securely and nicely packaged, ensuring everything arrived in perfect condition with no chips or cracks on the lids or handles. There is just a little bit of leftover cardboard dust on them, so they'll need a quick wash before first use. I bought these specifically to make mini sourdough loaves and I cannot wait to see how they turn out. Highly recommend!

Preciosos y útiles, los recomiendo ampliamente Me hubiera gustado que fuesen 6 originalmente, pero,no es tan grave
