Plant knife for pruning with its one sided blade. Hook on end of knife for grafting. Stainless blade that should be wiped down after using.

Great Harvest Knife
It's got a comfortable handle and I really like the button lock mechanism instead of a liner lock or no lock at all. The knife is very sharp, took tomatoes off the vine with almost no effort to cut. I usually buy Fiskars brand for garden tools and this is why; for $11 its got to be pretty hard to beat.
