A: No it doesn't and it isn't needed since it is up to 38 times more absorbable than other products. in addition bioperine is a stomach irritant

A: I was prescribed this by my Dr also.  He happens to be a research doctor and recommends this supplement source as being prescription grade for supplements.  I don’t remember all the reasons Curcumin is good for you to take.  Check it out on line for those answers. All I know is that I trust this company because my Dr researches everything.

I've tried many Turmeric/Curcumin products, many of which did absolutely nothing - despite many reviewers saying it was amazing. (Makes you wonder how many reviews on Amazon are actually legit). Anyhow, Designs by Health is the highest grade supplement you get and only buy from them now. This worked INSTANTLY. I have degenerative discs in my neck and am in constant pain, some days worse than others. But this worked right away, and much better than Advil or any other pain reliever ever has. Just provided relief from the tension and pain that on some days makes it difficult to function. Highly recommend for anyone struggling with any kind of pain
