Decent overall. Edit: Terrible
Overall a good product. Good things first: the privacy works very well and no issue with touch sensitivity. Ease of install I gave a 3, its not easy but it's not hard, but I've installed many many screens on phones. Now, the bad. Mostly, the adhesive is great, but.. and it's a big but.. the top and bottom of the protector comes curled, meaning the top and bottoms are struggling to stick. The bottom I tucked under my phone case holding it down, the top part.. it keeps bubbling and not sticking around the camera area, it doesnt matter if I press it down over and over or try to tuck it under my caseEdit: above was my initial review, but after having it for a few days the top that was curled and doesnt want to stick is starting to not stick at all and causing it to not stick further down now. Very displeased

Very happy; will update as quality is tested
Very satisfied with the product. I bought the 2-pack after reading that some people struggled to put the screen protector on, then regretted it because I watched the install video and put the first one on without any bubbles or issues -- so I never needed the second one. I guess I'll just have the extra for whenever this one loses its stickiness or gets damaged. Many people made comments about being able to see the sides, but I honestly think that's more due to the design of the phone than a limitation of the screen protector. The light hits the phone at a different angle on the edge thanks to the fact that it's curved. And you'll notice that too since the phone is dark on the flat part of the screen, but light on the curved part. You'll even see that depending on how you hold the phone, you won't be able to see the edges at all. Also keeping the phone brightness low is a given because increasing the brightness would allow other people to see what's on the screen. It's a blurred image with the brightness turned up, but they can still see it. It's like putting tints on the windows of your car and driving around with the internal lights on, then complaining that random people on the street can see you. The screen protector acts as a tint. Of course if you increase your phone's brightness, it'll make it easier for others to see what you're doing. This is obvious, but some people were complaining about it so I added that in.I will say this though for the people with complaints to the brightness of the screen. If you have a problem with tints and your eyes get strained very easily when looking at them, or if you're someone that does need your phone at a brighter setting, then privacy screens probably aren't your best option since they lower the opacity of the screen by default.Basically, if you aren't able to wear sunglasses or look out tinted windows without your eyes hurting, then maybe you should look for other options. But if you're tired of strangers making comments about what you're looking at on your phone like I am, then I would definitely recommend this screen protector. My one word of advise is to keep the little purple dust cloth that the kit comes with. You can see your fingerprints as you tap the screen, so keep that little cloth handy to wipe your phone as needed.I'll be updating in a month or so to comment on durability and the screen protector's ability to prevent scratches and damage to my phone's real screen. I'll also be updating once my phone case comes in to say whether or not this is case compatible. But as of now, I am a very satisfied customer. 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿

A bubble forms at the top and the bottom
At first, I was happy. The protector installed easily, no bubbles, the touchscreen worked flawlessly, and the privacy feature worked as advertised. But then, after a day or two, it started to bubble at the bottom and at the top. At first, I could easily push the bubble away, and it would stay that way for a few hours. But it always came back. Now the bubble comes back in minutes.I realized while looking at the second screen protector in the package that they arrived with the edges curled downward. At the sides this would be fine, because the Note 9 screen is curved at the edge. But, at the top and bottom not so much, it must be what is causing the bubble to form. I tried putting the second one in a hard bound book to see if I could get it to flatten out before I applied it. But had no luck.In my opinion, I've already put far too much effort into something that with every other brand I used has been simple.

Creased and Lifting
The plastic backing was cut along the bottom to allow for fixing the edge in place before exposing the rest of the adhesive. It worked well enough for the application process, but it caused the protector to arrive creased and it became textured along that line. After fighting to smooth out the crease for 1.5 days bubbles have formed and the bottom edge continually lifts up. I watched all the application instructional videos and studiously read the directions as well. I wish I'd paid a little more attention to the product details because this protector is far from case friendly. I purchased it based predominantly off its waterproof claim, but I'm afraid to test it because of the edges lifting away from the crease and my phone case. I absolutely cannot recommend and I am very disappointed.
