Extra Double Edge Safety Razor Blades, 100 Count

These are good blades for those of us with both sensitive skin and thick hair. They perform well both for full clean-shaving and for neatening beard and moustache edges. Excellent value for money, too. Just be careful opening the box, as you may get cut!

Must admit I did not expect much from DE blades as I had used them decades ago with my fathers razor and always cut my face to ribbons but I have to say these are extremely sharp and from what I can gather from the various forums and experts, this box of 100 will last you over a year or more so saving a fortune on those 5 blade, lubrastrip, expensive multiblade razors. Well from first use I can honestly say these are sharp but i still ended up with quite a few cuts and to be fair it does not get the shave as close as the 5 blade Gillette I have. I had to use my 5 blade to finish off but having said that I will not be buying any more 5 blade razors as this box costs what one single 5 blade cartridge costs for my Gillette so i will merely be using the Gillette to finish off my shave. The shave itself was super quick as the blades are so sharp I only needed two downward passes to shave 3 day stubble off but one thing that is scary and that has to be done with skill is the upward pass which I chickened out on and perhaps would maybe have finished the shave as good as the 5 blade does. Will try it next time but it is one of the caveats of using a DE Safety razor and that is how un-safe and easy it is to slice and dice your skin. Does not beat a multiblade razor for safety and closeness and how could it really but its more than worth the price and I have now switched to "old fashioned" DE safety razor use - Just make sure you buy a proper razor to fit these in as the angle and press on the blade is most important in avoiding a dangerous shave! Also its called DE for a reason as once one side starts to go blunt you can flip the blade over and use the other edge - Am I a plonker? I never knew this, it took 40 years to to find this out and I am sure I may not be the only one so not only are these really sharp they will last double the time I thought they would lol

Much better quality than blades supplied with Gillette razor. Use ~ 5 a year.

Unbelievably good value. I shave 7 days a week and a blade lasts me a week, I turn the blade over on day 5. I suspect if you are very hirsute or don’t shave so regularly, that you might not get 7 shaves from them. Been using for 6 months, no skin irritation and no cuts (and I’m quite careless).

Wet shaving made easy on the bank balance with these safety razor blades at a fraction of the cost of Gillette. You get a hundred for less than a tenner. I shave once a week and the blade will do me for 3 or 4 shaves really, I tend to swap them now after the second shave because I have so many of them. They're well, razor sharp so be careful when handling, easy enough to take out of the box, I've got myself a wee tin to put the used ones in and there are places that'll take them to recycle if that's your thing. Quickly affixed to my safety razor and then I'm shaving away looking clean and respectable once more until the following week. Thinking about it, I've got about 8 years worth of shaves here for a very, very, reasonable price...........thing is, the wife likes Gillette because of the lubricating strip etc so I'll still have to keep forking out for them but thankfully not at much............

Hit and miss, some blades are OK others appear blunt .

First time using this type of razor so don’t have anything really to compare it to other than the massively expensive cartridge razors. Cut is good (on face and head). I’ve no idea how long each blade will last, but given I shave every 2-3 days (depending on laziness/need to look “respectable”) a box of 100 is going to last me nearly a year if I only use each blade once which is mega value vs Gillette et al.

Bought these blades for my safety razor to shave my beard & moustache, shaving roughly every other day. Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell. Artikel wie beschrieben. Mein Mann bestand auf diese Rasierklingen, da sie super sind und ein gutes Ergebnis liefern. J'ai remarqué, que parfois certaines lames s'usent plus vite, mais c'est rare, et c'est peut-être moi qui fait mal quelque chose. Mais à part ça, ça m'a duré PLUS DE 2 ans ! à ce prix c'est presque gratuit. Donc faut vraiment passer au rasoir NON JETABLE. Les jetables c'est vraiment juste pour LEUR BISNESS ET LEURS INTERETS. Y a pas besoin de tout ça, faut juste des lames et un bon rasoir pas cher, et un bon savon.
