packaging is inadequet
the goods are presented in a good looking presentation package, but the packaging is not suitable for delivery as the bubble bag it is sent in can allow pressure on plunger allowing the contents to escape,and as this has happened to my goods it has spoiled the bag it was presented in. So as it was a gift had to buy a new box to present it in. Needs to in a box for delivery.

The dispenser does not work on the hand cream.
Apart from the dispenser not working on the hand cream, the scent is non existent.I was expecting something a little more lemony given it’s called verbena and chamomile.Thank goodness it wasn’t for a gift.

Shoddy presentation
When you think of Baylis & Harding you think Quality- I really wished the company had packed these lovely bottles into a more robust packaging. These are for a gift, but I’m afraid the recipient may believe I had bought them second hand. Slightly disappointed

The rip on the packaging does not look good.
The packaging around the bottles had a small rip on the top.

Lovely gifts!
I gave a number of these as Christmas presents which all the recipients loved. They look lovely, elegant in a bathroom and I thought the perfect gift.
