Quick service. Have made 2 lots of cheese so far. Rennet worked as expected for standard uk strength.

This rennet is good. It work with 3% milk from the market.The dose in not match with prospect, but after to many attempts, for 6 l of milk and 2 yogurt with bacteria cheese I used 1 spoon of rennet
