Melatonin 20mg Sleep Aid for Adults by Balancebreens, 2 Pack, 240 Tablets

These melatonin tablets worked well for me. I was looking for something straightforward to use at night when I needed a little extra help getting to sleep, and I was happy with my experience with these. I found them easy to incorporate into my nighttime routine, and most importantly, I did notice that they helped me fall asleep. With any type of sleep product, whether it actually makes a noticeable difference is the biggest factor for me, and these did what I was hoping they would do. This is a 20 mg melatonin tablet, so it is definitely worth paying attention to the strength when deciding whether this particular product is appropriate for you. I appreciate that the dosage is clearly stated on the bottle rather than having to hunt around for that information. Overall, my experience with these has been positive. They were easy to use and, in my experience, effective when I took them for sleep. Since supplements can affect everyone differently, I can only speak to how they worked for me, but I was pleased with the results and would use them again.

It works!

Work but NOT disolvable! Not even close. You have to chew it and the taste is not that great. It does work so there is that. I am just surprised they can get away with calling it fast dissolve. These probably wouldn't even dissolve in a can of pop.
