Bought this item before. Easy set up, and good quality.

Can be a little complicated to set up first time. But works well once done

Like speed of apps loading in my Tivo stick and storage space available, But only issue i have is atleast 2-3 times per day when watching movie it freezes and the reboots the stick anyone else have this issue, I read it could be down to power source as this was intended for use in USA

To try and register it; I did try to use the USA civic building in a city (museum) address and phone method but I could not do so. Since this device is not a free item and since it's sold in the UK this unavoidable needing to register with Tivo in the USA registration step should not be needed unless you actually want to use the Tivo features. Therefore, without being able to register it I was unable to use it at all as it locked up on the Tivo registration screen. As soon as it was switch on, I could register my google account, (which was the prior step to the Tivo Registration step), but I then could not access Google Play in order to download a few Google Apps, (including my VPN), so it was useless to us as it locked up when the Tivo Registration failed, probably due to my having a UK IP address and since I could not access Google Play I could not access a VPN. Also, this device can only update to Android 9, (which is now an older operating system), so it may not have a long shelf life even if I could get it to work in the UK. We sent it back and we bought another type instead, the other type was a similar price in the UK, the other one was much easier to set up in the UK, the other one uses Android 12, it is much snappier and it operates flawlessly. I would avoid this as it is slower than similar priced alternatives, it uses an older operating system and it locks up when you try to use it from a UK IP Address

Love these,only downside is you have to find a USA address to register the product

Handset is ergonomically very good. Easy to set up and speed is inpressive
