While the band CHILDRENN is fresh on the scene, each of its four members have a wealth of experience from other high-profile Danish acts. Collectively, these acts include Psyched Up Janis, The Raveonettes, The Good The Bad, SPEkTR, Sort Sol, Mechanical Bird, Kloster, Hymns From Nineveh and Powersolo. If you're familiar with Danish rock, you know the CHILDRENN line-up is like a dream come true. The strength of their initial live shows and of their upcoming debut album "Animale", has only confirmed that they will meet all expectations! The songs range from the krautrock/noise inspired seven-minute title track, to the hard-hitting heaviness of "Handcuffed", a track that evokes the vibe of today s Seattle scene. "Dancing on Ashes" moves the listener with its stripped-down, waltz-like drone, while "It's Time To Leave" is a beautifully tragic and gentle slice of modern-psych. Written in 2015 by Brixen and Ramdas, the debut album was recorded in Copenhagen and mixed by the legendary RANDALL DUNN (Sunn O))), Black Mountain, Earth, Wolves In The Throne Room) at Avast! Recording Company in Seattle.

    Debut 2016 release from Danish band who start out mixing hard, grungy guitar metal with psychedelic noise and desperate rock vocals. This is followed by a dark & droney number with classic rock overtones, then a round of trippy, chugging Krautrock. The album closes with a classic riff-driven psych-rocker and a surprisingly gentle tune with an explosive ending. Includes former members of The Raveonettes, Psyched Up Janis, The Good The Bad, Black Sol, Mechanical Bird, Powersolo, Monastery, SPEkTR, Hymns from Nineveh. “Animale” is a heavy, diverse gut-blast of rock. A new album, “International Exit” is coming in October 2017.
