Q: Will these work on a door with the following numbers 16cfr 1201-ii, ansiz97.1-2004, 1/4 uasgcc 3960?

I am sorry I am not sure. I just found what my old ones looked like and I matched it up the best way I can. This worked for me.

Q: How do you get the cover pieces to stay on? They don't snap into place or stay on. Please help!

Ordered back by Jun, 18, 2021. They were easy to install. The mechanism itself works as it should but the plastic chrome covered didn’t hold up well. Maybe with glue you can make due. I give the mechanism a 10 out of 10 The fit of the caps I give it a possible 4 out 10 I hope that the answer helps.

Q: The cap pieces keep falling off, is there something that I am supposed to do to them? I thought they would just snap on, but they are very loose.

No mine kept falling off as well. I instead used my old caps from the original ones that came with door and that worked.
