I use this as a supplement through a g tube. It’s good to find a supplement that is liquid, because that’s not always easy. So this fits the bill. 6 drops had 60 mg (90iu)

Horrible taste
I tried to like the product, but the taste is horrible. I have a hard time swallowing pills and gummies sometimes have to much sugar I tried the liquid Vitamin E but I can't take it not even with food.
