The real deal - replacement Common Projects laces
I got to the point where my white Common Projects laces no longer become crisp white after going through the wash, and there's random dark gunk on it. I started looking for replacement laces from CP but nobody really has the real thing and CP support is radio silent. When I found these laces from Private Laces on Amazon, I was cautiously optimistic that these would fit my CP low Achilles so I ordered a pair to test it out. After placing the order, I received the package in just 3 days! Like the other reviews here, I found that the shoelaces fit my Achilles perfectly. I’m very picky when it comes to getting a pair of shoelaces that look as close to the originals as possible. I compared these with my original CP laces and found that they were the same length, width, material, and even the threading pattern was the same. Overall, I’ve been very pleased with my purchase.

Overall a good replacement but does not look EXACTLY like the original
These are pretty darn close to the original CP laces. You can tell by looking but its more obvious when youre lacing the shoes and there is quite a bit more resistance when youre threading the laces through the holes on the CP achilles (the shoe that I was buying laces for, might feel different for other models). I hope they last longer than the original ones though, if they do not i would consider going the waxed lace route
