We had a real summer of cricket at our house, and these windballs were absolutely ideal. They’re soft enough that I wasn’t constantly worrying about smashed windows, but still have a realistic bounce and feel for proper practice. With teens who now hit the ball pretty hard, that peace of mind was worth every penny. I did think they were a little on the expensive side to start with, but the quality is excellent and they’ve held up brilliantly. They’ll easily last us another season. A few did end up lost in bushes or over the fence into next door’s garden, so we ended up buying two sets over the holidays! Overall, highly recommended for safe, realistic cricket play at home.

I bought these for my husband and son to play with as my 8 year old is just getting into cricket and I didn’t want him getting knocked out by a proper ball. Already lost one to our neighbours garden but they are great quality, firm, squishy balls and come in a variety of colours. Little bounce to them too. Would be good for all kind of ball games.

It's a good ball but too bouncy for me

Probably not what they are intended for, but we buy these balls for our dog who loves them. They are soft enough not to cause any damage to her teeth and she loves squeezing them in her mouth. The colour makes them stand out well in the long grass, so less likely to get lost, and they bounce well. They are a bit bigger than a tennis ball, but can fit in a flinger. They do eventually split when subjected to her chewing over time, but they last pretty well.

I bought a pack of these balls last year having started a new girls cricket team and they were perfect - good price and great quality. I have now just bought another two packs to help with our expansion. They are ideal for indoor training and soft ball matches and remain good value for money.

These cricket balls are a perfect middle ground between full on proper cricket balls which are too hard for primary school kids and tennis balls which aren't right for cricket. I think the price of these is excellent! As P.E lead for my school I have looked at several specialist providers of P.E or school equipment and all are more expensive than these from Amazon. Great quality balls, great value for money.

It doesn't bounce that much at all. It's a synthetic rubber kind of a ball.
