I really like these glass weights! I’ve been fermenting vegetables and it was difficult to keep certain types of veggies under the brine. These did the trick! They fit my non-standard size glasses too which I’m glad about. They come in a nice case so you won’t worry about them breaking. Easy to wash & clean, no complaints here.

These have the right amount of weight to them. It's just that I wish that the handles had a better grip on the top, I constantly feel that when I left them they might slip out of my grip when they're wet. Thankfully, they are made from a pretty good glass type since they can take a small fall and not chip or crack. They also do come in that nice box and it's reusable.

The media could not be loaded.  I love the raised flower in the center which is much improved over other designs such as the straight bar. Easier to grasp so removing from jars is easier. Just heavy enough to hold down your veggies. Love it 😀 😍 ❤️

I like the knob. It helps to lift it out of the jar. Tried weights with no knobs but I will never get them again. This is the way to go.

I was surprised at how well packaged they are. They are heavy enough to keep the cabbage, in this case, under the liquid. We made a mighty fine batch of Sauerkraut.

Last fall, we were introduced to fermented tomatoes and found these weights indispensable for keeping the tomatoes, garlic, etc. marinating in the juices and not bobbing above the surface. We bought a set for ourselves and a second set to use as stocking stuffers at the holidays.

To keep fermenting produce submerged, I used canning lids before, then springs that really smashed my produce, to these. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 on everything about these.Packaging is as pictured, and the box comes in a secure sleeve as well. I’ll store them that way. They are pretty, clear glass with a knob that’s easy to grasp to remove from your jars. Weights are smooth and easy to clean. I consider them a good value for the purpose they serve.

This product was slightly too large to fit properly in my jars. It was also slightly out of round. Long story short, it got stuck in the jar. The little flower shaped nubbin is slick and slightly tapered, making it very hard to grasp. I attempted to use plyers to get it out, but this resulted in small glass shards coming off. It’s still stuck. Would like to return it, but it’s stuck in a jar.
