Bought this item for my diffuser/humidifier. Wanted something other that the herb scents that came with it. Wanted a fall type smell and I’m happy with my purchase. Though I wouldn’t say it smells like “apple pie” it does smell like apple and is very pleasant! We’ve used in our upstairs bedroom and the entire floor carries the scent which is a huge plus . The scent seems to linger for a few hours after the diffuser turn off but is noticeably less strong . Over all I’m happy with my purchase, arrived quickly and was packaged very well and sealed which I really appreciated!

I bought four different essentials oils trying to find the ideal “apple” smell to use in candles and soaps for a shop at an orchard. This one had a very pleasant apple smell (even though I used apple pie, I didn’t really pick up on the pie part which suited me fine!) and it had the longest residual smell after putting three drops on a muslin square. After 24 hours of sitting it still had a distinct scent (a 2.5 on a 1-5 scale) where all the others had faded almost completely.

It’s not bad but I wanted more of a sweet apple pie smell not really a green apple candy. But if you like that then definitely buy.
