正確に調整できるのでクランクで擦ることが無い。私の場合はクランク側に踵が寄る位置に合わせるのでシューズを変えても毎回満足した位置出しが簡単にできて非常に良いです。

Great bit of kit, Helps you visualise the cleat position in relation to the shoe, enabling you to match the position on both left & right shoes.Also helps with minor adjustments to cleat positioning if you are experiencing knee pain ect.Takes a little time to get used to, plenty of videos available online+ instructions are included along with stick on pointers ( to mark big toe joint & shoe centre line)
