I was dying this morning and had ZERO energy. I am severely anemic and have PCOS having both causes me to have major fatigue issues. After taking it this morning I have so much energy. I have been taking this for over a week and I don't crashed after it wears off. Being anemic I also freeze but since taking this I have been getting so warm I don't need to wear my hoodie all day in the house. Others (from GNC website) complain of the flavor and I don't think it's as horrible as they say. Don't get me wrong it's not amazing tasting but I don't think it's as bad as they make it out to be. The only thing I wish is that it was also an appetite suppressant. Obviously this isn't a fix all for women with PCOS or being anemic. Just because it works for my body doesn't mean it will work for your body but it's worth a shot to try if you have the same issues I have.

The flavor is so so, don’t bite the little needs as they contain the capsaicin and then you taste the spice. It works decent as a pre-workout, however, in a heavy sweater like me not the best. I leave the gym in a shirt I literally could ring out.

It was chalky and very grainy. It was hard for me to drink. It felt like sand. I even let someone else try it just to make sure it wasn't me and they didn't like it either.

No jitters or crash. The slow release kept me energerized for hours. Lots of premium ingredients. Capsimax, piperine, Xtenergy P2. I can actually feel the heat from the boost in my metabolism but I do sweat a bit more.
