Girls Student Footed Tight

These are thinner than the capezio brand ballet tights, but they are a lot cheaper option. They do their job and fit my daughter just right with a little room to grow. I did find tat the material was more of a salmon color rather than peach though. So if you are looking for a real ballet pink, these are not them. The product fit as expected but the coloring was a lot different than all of the other pink ballet tights that we have. I would watch that in your future order. We weren't too specific on color so it wasn't a huge deal. My daughter did just wear them to ballet tonight and if she wouldn't have had her shoes in yet, she might have worn a hole in them because they are so thin but as long as there is protection on the feet these will last her well into this season of ballet.

These tights, at least in smaller sizes, (S and I) are terrible. They are cut very short and wide, you can see it just taking them out of the package that they will not fit. They are not any way made to the shape of legs, the ankles and feet are hugely wide, even in the correct size. They seem to make all the tights the same width, from S - L. The larger sizes fit my older daughter better. The quality is poor, especially for $10. They used to make these in a nicer, thicker, mesh fabric that withstood children's use, with a real waistband that didn't slide down. Now they are super thin, snag easily, and have the self waistband, that doesn't stay up and isn't nearly as durable. The quality of the Danskin cheap tights at walmart for $4 is actually better, I think (thicker fabric), although those have the same weird cut and baggy ankles as these. Somebody, please make some good old fashioned kid's dance tights! $10 is too much to pay for something practically disposable.

For now, I am giving this product 3 stars.My main issue is the sizing. I have are 5 and 6 yr old in baton twirling and they needed suntan stockings. I ordered a S(4-5) and an intermediate (6X-7). Can you tell which one is which in the picture? If you guessed the shorter one is the 4-5 and the longer one is the 6X-7, you guessed wrong. Luckily I can have my eldest wear the 4-5 and vice versa.The other reason is the color. While they are both suntan, the one on the right is clearly darker while the one on the left looks more like a beige.As for the material, the 6X-7 looks very tiny for my 5 yr old but the quality SEEMS good and it stretches so she fits into it.This may just be a fluke but I would recommend buying this product 1-2 weeks in advance due to sizing.I will be back to update my review and possibly change my star rating after the girls use it in their competition and I wash it to let you know more about the quality and durability.

I absolutely adore these tights. My daughter is tough on her tights, and when she first started ballet, I bought her less expensive ones. I went through a pair every week, and when I bought these- I realized I should’ve purchased them from the start and I would’ve saved myself a hassle AND some money. These tights look great. They are soft and don’t itch her sensitive skin. They are resilient and don’t run or tear easily. They are thick enough to cover her dark tan skin, and the shade of pink is perfect for concert. The price is also about 30% less than at the dance specialty store down the street. You cannot beat that, plus you get them shipped right to your door. She has used the same pair all through the year and will only need new ones because she has outgrown them. I will probably be able to pass them down to my 3 year old next fall! I love these tights and honestly will only ever purchase these tights from now on!!

These tights are by far the best I have seen on the market. I've bought other brands where the tights are shapeless to the point where they look like two giant socks pulled up over my kid's legs (and the extra fabric gathers around my kid's ankles - ugh). But this Danskin brand has a clear, distinct shape as to where the heel should go. My only mistake is putting it in the dryer when I should not have done that - it shrunk and cannot be worn again. But it's not the fault of the product - it's mine! Will be buying this again!

These were honestly the worst quality tights I've ever seen. Just by my daughter wearing them (her proper size and everything,) they would get huge noticeable runs just by her normal movements. She only got one use out of each pair of tights before they ended up ruined and in the garbage, ended up having to rush out and buy a better quality pair so she was in dress-code at her ballet school! Highly disappointed!

Great dance tights, the color is ballet pink and goes well with her Bloch bunny hop dance shoes (the pink version). These tights are so nice. Very soft, stretchy, they definitely feel thicker than regular dress up tights from target. I hand wash them and hang to dry and they should last a long time. They fit as expected. I would be happy to buy these exact tights again as my little dancer grows.

DARK. Like olive/Filipino dark. Looks olive tone or something. Too light for my biracial friend and too dark for my Caucasian daughter. Hard to get a good color for these. This was the lightest I could find online anywhere, so super upset. Had to go to local designer dance store last minute and pay twice the price and I only needed these for one night for 2 hrs. Needs better online description/color representation. Also, the feet are weird and the overall fit is off for my near 2 yr old.

son unas medias bellas y que combinan con varios trajes de baile, estoy contenta, aguantan los ensayos y parece que duraran lo esperado, no lo he usado mucho, pero creo que seran buenas, a la vista se ven bien.
