This product works very well to regulate my digestive system. It needs to be refrigerated but it is worth the trouble.

I have been on these for awhile and my body likes them. They do not give me any negative reaction. they are good for my immune system and my gut.

I got these to replace flora in my gut. I cannot tell if anything has changed, but I also have not been consistent about using it or doing it everyday. I was pleased that it was delivered with a cold pack, although by the time it got here it was only moderately cold. I would likely not buy this in the heat of summer because of that fact.
