I really loved the characters and the way they interacted with each other. This is a fun, hot, romantic must read book and I would definitely recommend this book to anyone.This book has everything I love in a book. Then you add that it's beautifully written and believable. It is easily a five star read. Written in dual POV my personal favorite this story flows so incredibly well that the next thing you know your 80% into the book and loving every second of it. The believable way the characters interact is perfect. Run, Hop, Jump or use your (1 click) finger to do whatever you have to do and get this amazing book. It'll break your heart, you'll want to scream with frustration and it'll let you discover that love just might conquer all. The chemistry is steamy and sweet and oh so romantic.

My first read by this author and I liked it! Let me start by saying, how friggin HOT is this cover! It's exactly how I picture Royal to look and let me tell you, he is one brutal, sexy, tormented man but I'll take him!This story had dark components and Royal's character was no exception. He suffered a loss no man could come back from and has struggled to keep his mind and shit together ever since. Just existing, he lives for little but to one day get his revenge, although when Avalon barges into his room and he sees something in her that makes his stomach churn with unwanted feelings, he knows this girl is dangerous.Avalon is young, works and lives with her bestfriend, Madison and has been in a average relationship with Colton for the last 6mths. Madison can't stand Colton and will do anything top get Ava to see him for the douche he is. Although Ava knows her relationship is missing something, still puts up with Colton, thinking he is better than her previous partners at least...Madison drags Ava to a party, hoping she will meet someone else and get rid of Colton once and for all. When Avalon goes searching for a unoccupied toilet and stumbles in on a man with danger and damage in his eyes, she just can't get him out of her head. She saw him for the savage he was but it's not enough to scare her away, it's the exact opposite and she needs, wants more.This story was so sexy, a little dark and had plenty of drama. Just the way i love my story's but i kept wanting more! The storyline was awesome! Props for that...I loved all the men - Jax, Blaine and Royal - they were beasts of men and acted like savages...swoon! I think it might have been the women that let the story down a bit for me? Avalon, although her character was ok. I don't think she fitted well with Royal. Royal was a dark, dangerous character and Ava was just...mediocre. Their chemistry or should I say sexcapades could have been so much hotter if Avalon wasn't so meek and mild, although she out on the persona of being an equal to Royal, it just didn't come off as convincing?What was with Avalon saying how "She needed him too. They could save each other" I'm sorry but what had happened to her that she could even compare knowing or needing where Royal was coming from???I'm going to leave it there. This was a great story with a dark element to it, but by no means a "DARK" read. It had a lot going on which kept me turning the pages wanting to know how it ends... I almost wish this had been written by someone else that could have taken it to that next level and dark place it really needed to go? Sorry V.A...!!!!!! 😓
