Threads were stripped in battery box. Could not open to put batteries in. Waste of money

Love it 😁 daughter is running for class representative and the lights add pizzazz around the border of her campaign poster. There’s an option for blinking lights or to just stay lit. You need 2 aa batteries. Instructions suggest using a foam poster board but it worked fine with a regular paper poster. We did tape the wires across the back to help keep everything in place. Priced at Staples and Amazon’s was about half the cost! Very happy with our purchase.
