I like it 🤷🏿

Give and take...
Fairly comfortable for long use, microphone from listeners say it's decent... however, there's a plastic part that is screwed in on the right side that has since ripped the screws (rather small screws too!) out and despite my attempts to reattach and glue it together (with a glue gun - maybe I need something else/better/stronger), I was unable to repair it. Not going to bother with warranty (would it be worth it??) everything functions perfectly, and as I stare at it now, the multicolored lights on the exterior are cycling and it looks great. 4.5/5, but I would round it down instead of giving it a full 5.

Very impressed
Always been a big fan of MadCatz product ever since I was introduced to my first MadCatz Rat series mouse (Rat 3). I highly recommend these headset, as the quality exceeded my personal expectation.Pros:- Comfortable (padded band)- Easy to set-up (plug and play), option to download software for added functions- USB connection- Mic is very clear- Decent audio quality + 7.1 Surround sound function is very immersive- The light changing function will keep you looking fresh.Cons:- Would have been better if it came with a case like my previous MadCatz F.R.E.Q M model- No interchangeable Jack input function (will require to purchase the F.R.E.Q 2 model instead)

Not very durable
I have had this headset for about a year but only use it 30-40% of the time so I was a little frustrated when the ear part broke off today. I am generally pretty carful and only use enough force to get it on my head (I don't have a watermelon head or anything) so I was a little shocked. At first I thought it might just be a bad part so no big deal but then after looking closer I noticed that the other side had started to crack as well and was about to fail. It was a decent headset other then that and if you end up getting one just make sure to grab the top part where the metal is mounted.

Decent headset if it wasn't broken. *EDIT* DO NOT BUY THESE
I've always bought Mad Catz, for years I've been pretty loyal, when one breaks I just buy another. I like their functionality quite a bit for quality and price. For some reason, these always would "shut off" when static electricity happened. I had to unplug it and replug it back in for it to reconnect. I know it wasn't a port problem because I seated it in all of my different ports and it still happened. I have NO clue as to why this is happened, I've never had anything like this happen before. At this point, I don't know if I should just give up on Mad Catz altogether because this is very frustrating.*EDIT* So I purchased another one to see if the static persisted and it does. So badly that one static electricity from moving a blanket caused my pc to crash because it overloaded my USB and literally broke it. I used to LOVE this store so much, and now I'm really sad I have to buy headsets elsewhere. DO NOT BUY THIS HEADSET.But, like I said...I've bought a lot of headsets from them. This is the only one where this has happened.
