Perfect
So excited to bring natural pesticide to the garden. All the ladies survived the trip and are now enjoying aphids, water and their new home. Will order again.

Every single one was alive.
I used these guys for spider mite control. I released them after rainfall in overcast conditions. Every one of them walked out of the bag on their own power and set up camp in my affected plants. The packaging came with several informational pamphlets that were very helpful. I will be buying from this company again for any future predator insect needs.

Awesome company and bugs!
After several shipping delays I was worried the ladybugs were dead in the horrible heat we've had. I contacted the company with my concern. They advised they were probably already dead and asked if I wanted a refund. Honestly, I was heartbroken thinking all the 🐞 were dead. THEN...I find the box on my porch and they were all alive!!!! I was so excited letting them loose in my azalea gardens. They are so stinking cute.

Love my Krakens!
I bought the bag with 750 ladies. They were delivered in less than a week and every single bug was alive. They arrived mid-afternoon so into the refrigerator they went. I sprayed my gardens with water just before sunset. I cut some strawberries in half and layed them at the base of some of my plants. I split the 750 ladybugs between 8 gardens (several flower, several vegetable). This is my third year releasing ladybugs into my garden and it's one of my favorite things to do and watch. They wake up within minutes of leaving the refrigerator and they wake up like my husband...horny and hungry.🤣. I will do this every year I'm lucky enough to be alive and have a garden!

Most of the ladybugs died
Most of the ladybugs were dead. The bag they were in smushed a lot of them. Please be kind to animals and handle them better.

Convergent lady beetles
The good news: these arrived sooner than I expected and they were packaged and alive. The bad news: I didn't know there were so many different types of ladybugs until I joined a gardening page. There were warnings everywhere about buying lady bugs online because some people were getting Asian lady beetles, which are pests. I got nervous after placing my order when I saw a review that said these were orange lady beetles. Paranoia set in.The good news: While they aren't your standard red lady bug, they also aren't the pesty Asian lady beetles. They're "convergent lady beetles" that are native to North America and are beneficial to gardeners. Their main staple is aphids.

They definitely arrived alive …
They arrived alive all but one . But I will never order them again in the summer heat . The bag felt so hot even with being in a box with holes in it …. I felt terrible for them . I couldn’t bare them being in that bag one second longer … so I didn’t follow directions and I ran out in a rain storm with an umbrella and released them all at once … all 750 … lol on my tree with aphids … I checked on them all day , by the next day I never saw a single one again … 😂…. However my tree didn’t get as sickly looking this year as other years sooooo 🤷♀️…. I like to think they had something to do with it …. But the ladies came with excellent instructions ( that I didn’t follow .. lol) and a beautiful booklet . I did have a great time watching them that first day . They were so happy to get a drink . Apparently being a rescue worker extends to ladybugs and I could t stand to see them trapped and nooooo way was I going to put them in the frig , that seemed too mean lol
