Conventional brands (Kotex and Always) were giving me rashes so I needed to find an alternative. I've had no issues with Natracare. The adhesive is good and the pad stays in place. The wrapper doesn't survive transport well, though... 30 mins in my purse and the sides had opened. All-in-all worth the cost.

Simply disintegrates! Had kept it in my purse, later in the day when I took it out to use, I could see the top layer had come off from several places. Couldn't use it for more than an hour. I thought maybe it was issue with just that particular one, but the next day I took one out of the pack and the same thing happened.

Can’t believe how excited I am over a sanitary towel :D Love these, so luxurious and thick without being uncomfortable. Half the time I forget I have one on. Super absorbent as well. I usual get thrush from towels but I’ve used these for 3 months now with no problems. They’re also super strong in terms of sticking to underwear.

Other products (Always, Kotex) were giving me contact dermatitis. So far I've had no problems with Natracare (two cycles). I much preferred these ones to the "Maxi Pad Supers", which are unwrapped, much bulkier, and have no wings. That said, these don't have intense absorbability despite what the box says - I'd say mid-level. A small improvement to these would be having a sticker on the wrapper like Always brand, both to hold the wrapper closed before using (in a purse it can inadvertently unwrap itself) and also to wrap up the used pad with and keep it rolled up more discreetly in the garbage.
