Works great even in a big house. I can’t live without it!!

This was recommended to us by a friend but unfortunately I didn't find it that great. the picture quality is fine but I found it really difficult to position as the angle cant move down enough to see baby from anywhere other than the end of the cot which isn't safe. the nighttime sensor also stopped working after around 6 months of use so we had to return.

Brilliant baby monitor. It uses radio and not Wi-Fi which is great as I feel more secure this way. Good range. Baby can sleep upstairs and I can monitor from down stairs. The functions are easy to use although I’ve not used all of them yet.

Good:• It's very easy to install and the base of the camera makes it easy to put it on a shelf or on a flat surface.• The crying recognition sensitivity feature is nice to have and works fine.• The image on the monitor is clear and the signal works around the house.Not so good:• The monitor interface is not very intuitive so you might struggle at the first uses to select options. We found the brightness of the monitor too bright, even selecting the lowest level.• The beeping sound for recharging the battery is very loud and too repetitive, activating on the very last end of the charge of the battery.• Black and white imageBad:• We purchased this new camera because to substitute the previous one we had (which was good) but we had to change it because the monitor battery ran off after long use. With that being said, the disappointment is that the battery of this one does not last for more than 2-3 nights and summed up with the nagging "please recharge me" sounds it's been not a great experience.• Another thing to point out is that the vertical range of the camera is not too good. We had it installed previously on a high shelf so we can point it down and see the whole crib, but it happens that the down angle won't let us see all we wanted. If you plan to have it on lower levels, it may work for you.

Cannot fault this so far. Nice and straight forward and the picture is good quality. Monitor is a great size, doesn't need to be any bigger. Does what it needs to do.

We had an older model of the Hello Baby for the last three and a half years until it finally clapped our the other day. So we replaced it with this one. On the whole it's no better or worse than the previous model. The screen is bigger but you have to have the camera further away from the cot to get a full image, which isn't always practical in a small room. The sound quality is much better, so not as harsh sounding when Baby starts crying but you still hear it. I really struggled with the previous monitor during the night as the display was so bright. Despite being able to dim it, it was still blinding in a dark room. This one is much better in that respect. My main issue with it is the thermometer is inaccurate, reading a good 3 degrees warmer than the room actually is. A decent little monitor for the price though.

Having tried more modern and expensive camera which did not hit the mark we decided to go for something more basic. This camera is reliable and stable - very pleased

Product I received is clearly not great can hardly see baby in the screen! Was told a replacement was being sent now seller hasn’t replied to my messages in a week!!! Very bad customer service!
