Q: What if the stand falls off and breaks damaging my monitor and other stuff after following the steps in the manual ? Will that cover in the warranty ?

The bolts and clamps are solid steel with the power to crush your wood desk. If it falls you installed it completely wrong!!! Look inward for the warranty support. Sorry for the snide remark, but you are reaching here. This is an awesome product that I personally own.

It would be very difficult but if the vertical monitor was small or on the top I wouldn’t see why not but if you are trying to put the vertical monitor under the horizontal I don’t think that would work unless the vertical was like a 25”
