Its best for its price
Works really well for long hairs and not too painful, I mean it hurt a little but definitely worth it. This was the only best hair removal product I ever got myself!

Kids, Don't Try this At Home. Or Ever.
It started out promising.I peeled the little pieces apart and stuck them on very carefully in neat rows and let them sit for a while, so my legs were basically covered in what looked like huge pink pads. On the box it says “no longer needs to be rubbed to warm up the wax” so I figured hey, it might work better if I really rub it on there because obviously at one point in their product's lifespan, it needed heat. So I’m sitting on the bathroom floor rubbing my legs frantically to create friction because I can't find a hairdryer nearby. After about eight minutes, I try to peel one off. Not only is it incredibly painful, it leaves a huge square of sticky pink goo on my leg. However, I did get like five pieces of hair out so I was like YES. IT’S (sort of) WORKING. OKAY-ISH. So then I was like, I must not have held my skin down hard enough like they tell you to on the box. With one hand I’m pinching my leg like a crab while twisting to pull with the other hand and ripped as hard as I could. The strip of wax flew out of my hand right into my forehead. (Wrong hairs!!!) I got it off fast enough that it only took half my scalp with it and created a temporary set of (pink, gooey) bangs for me to enjoy. This time I took a very hard look at how much hair it was taking off because ouch. Unfortunately not much, maybe ten hairs, and I still had only gotten two tiny patches of leg finished, so I gave up and ripped away until I had gotten all the pieces off. By this time my legs looked like they had been attacked by thousands of bees - literally covered in leftover pink goo and bits of hair that hadn't been torn out, and wherever hair had been successfully removed, my skin was irritated, bumpy and splotchy. I hobbled into the shower to remove the pink goo and IT WOULD NOT REMOVE. I spent an hour and a half scrubbing wildly at my legs with a washcloth, scratching, soaping, razoring, soaking... that. stuff. is. intense. The ironic part is that the goo took bits of the washcloth with it, so the poor washcloth ended up denuded and my legs covered in blue cloth bits. In the end it was needless to use the wax strips to remove the hair because I’d practically removed my entire first layer of skin anyway in my attempt to remove the pink goo. I went to bed at 11 defeated and resigned, with pink blotches all over my legs like I was dying of some horrible disease. The upside was that my bedsheets were permanently glued to my legs all night so at least no one could steal the covers. This morning I tore the sheets off my legs and spent another hour and a half sitting on my bedroom floor scratching the goo off my legs before work. I'd prefer hairy legs to pink gooey legs any day.Never. Again.

I would recommend exfoliating the day or a few hours before using ...
I've never used a wax kit before and have no complaints with this. Followed the instructions exactly and didn't experience much mess or pain.I let my leg hair grow until I get sick of it, so it was long enough to be effective, but if you're a stickler for hair removal getting to the proper length will probably drive you crazy though. It does get a bit sticky when I rub too long heating up the wax, so just a few fast rubs if enough to get the gel wax to stick. I would recommend exfoliating the day or a few hours before using this to remove dead skin (you don't want to do it right before the strips because that's pain central). I have fairly sensitive skin and the redness went away within an hour of completion. Unlike razors, I experienced NO ingrown hairs, which is a first in my life time lol. I even took a risk and used this on my extremely sensitive under arms, which usually get very irritated with shaving, and had no issues. I bought this almost a month ago and have very little regrowth. Because of the shape of the pads, you can't be as precise as I assume hot wax would be, but for the price point I'm fine going over some patches with a razor the next day. I ended up using a little over half the box for both legs, bikini area, and under arms. The clean up cloths included are okay--not great, not bad. The neroli scent is welcome, but you can use any body oil you have to remove left over gel more effectively, my jojoba worked wonders. The process takes a WHILE, but I hunkered down with some champagne (pain relief!) and parks and rec and made a spa night out of it, so it was pretty enjoyable.

Great for Smooth Skin, But a Bit Inconsistent
These wax strips work well, removing even short, coarse hair and leaving my skin smooth for a long time. They're super convenient—no heating, no mess—perfect for busy schedules. The included post-waxing wipes help soothe the skin, though I wish there were more. However, the quality is inconsistent; some strips leave hair behind or a sticky residue that's hard to remove. It can also be a bit painful on sensitive areas. Overall, a good at-home waxing option, but it could use some improvements!

Does the job
Definitely gets the job done. I will say, it did irritate my skin but eventually went away after 5 minutes. The after wax paper towel that comes with package left my armpit smooth.
