Great replacement for my previous food processor
My old Cuisinart gave up the ghost after 20 years; I bought this as a replacement and it is still an excellent choice. I had the advantage of already being familiar with the processor - the only differences were 2 sizes of slicer attachments and it still fit my old dough mixer blade. Great food processor - strong, reliable, and efficient. Whether you are slicing mushrooms, grating cheese, or mixing dough, this is a great tool for the cook - easy to clean, easy to use, and up to jobs that require real power.

The Kitchen Appliance I Should Have Bought Years Ago
I put off buying a food processor for years because I convinced myself I didn't need one and honestly that was one of the worst decisions I've made in my kitchen. Got this one and I have used it more times in the past few weeks than I expected. With a newborn at home I need to get meals done fast and this thing has completely changed how I cook. Chopping performance is incredible — what used to take me ten minutes of actual effort takes maybe thirty seconds and everything comes out even which is more than I can say for my knife skills on a tired day. Speed is great across all settings and it handles everything I've thrown at it without struggling. The lid functionality is solid, it locks on securely and I never feel like it's going to pop off mid-blend which was something I was worried about after reading other reviews on cheaper models. Quality feels really substantial — this does not feel like a flimsy appliance, it feels like something that's going to last. Smoothness on purees and sauces is really impressive, no chunks left behind. My only thing is storage — it's a bigger appliance and finding counter or cabinet space for all the attachments takes some planning. But honestly once you figure out where it lives you stop thinking about it. Completely worth every penny.

Good choice in a compact processor
Quality, moderately priced, and compact 11 cup food processor. Used it to replace a 12 cup processor that broke after many years. Would prefer more blades available, all else is OK. Washable, powerful enough.

Powerful, Easy to Use, and Great for Meal Prep!
Very impressed with this food processor. It’s powerful, easy to use, and makes meal prep so much faster. The blades work great, and everything comes out evenly chopped or sliced. Easy to clean and feels like a high-quality product. I would definitely recommend it

Good quality, very sturdy machine that works well, but has a lot of parts to keep track of
This is a sturdy machine that's working well for our large family. We used it this week to make coleslaw and also to make shred up some potatoes and onions for latkes. It works quickly and concisely once in use, but it really is a lot to get started with and set up. It's a very long-term, well-built machine, but it's also very heavy. Heavy can be good for a quality motor, but it's a bit cumbersome to move about and store in the kitchen. I love the larger size jar for 11 cups, although we still fill it faster than we expect to. It's a big upgrade over our former 6-cup processor though, so we are pleased. Not the easiest to clean, but can go in the dishwasher, which is a help. I do just wish it didn't have quite so many moving parts! At least the operational buttons are straightforward and simple. I have found disappointment when shredding onions - it's very normal for them to leave long, thick skins that aren't shreded.

Quick work; big help
I used this food processor for the first time yesterday, and I was very happy with it. It is almost the same as my prior one, but the performance was much better. It made crumbs from pretzels very quickly. Also, all the parts could be cleaned in the dishwasher, a real boost to the process.

Is this a joke? Useless instruction manual
I will update my review if I am actually able to learn how to use it. The base of the food processor has a label that says "read instructions before using." The instructions themselves include a 10 step process for how to unpack it from the box, 13 preambles and cautions for before you use it, and zero instruction for anything to do with how to actually assemble it. It gives a single diagram of all the parts but does not explain how to put them together or in what order they go. The closest thing to instructions I have is on page 6 which reads "insert the metal blade and put the pieces in the work bowl [...] Press and release the OFF/PULSE lever two or three times and see what happens." Gee, thanks. Which pieces, exactly..? For $300 I would expect less instructions on how to take the pieces out of the box and more guidance for how to put the pieces together. One last minor nitpick: For all its painfully obvious cautions (Blades are sharp. Do not use outdoors. Do not put base in water.) it doesn't mention anything about washing it before the first use.

It’s a Cuisinart
Perfect. Not replacing a broken one that I have used for 20+ years. That one still works. Just needed another one. Great machine that will last a lifetime.
