Wish the earpiece had a silicone earpiece instead of foam... keeps falling out. Also.. couldn't seem to get it loud enough to hear it over background noise. Would not reccomend for noisy situations.

While I loved the fact this was in ear and not over the ear, I purchased this for my job because we are required to wear a walkie at all times. That being said, over the past couple weeks we were having trouble with someone "keying" their mic and the mic being "open." Finally figured out it was mine and the mic was actually sticking open. I have purchased 4 since August 2022, you do the math and now the price has gone up by $8! I work 50+ hours a week, yes, but I expect a kenwood product to last longer than 3 months and not increase pricing on something that doesn't really deliver.

Product works exactly as needed. I ordered two of these initially. I received two of the wrong ones. Went through the process to send them back in the meantime I was sent out two more. Well one of those was correct but the second one in that order was incorrect and the same as the initial two I received. I went through the process of sending that one back and finally I received the second correct one.

This is a one pin Kenwood radio earbud I need a two pin is there anyway I can return it to get A two pin ?

After about 2 1/2 months, it started randomly turning on the mic and broadcasting my conversations.
