Really comfortable
Rather than being tied down to a phone, this headset allows me to move around my office a lot more easier and freely. While we are currently rotating who can be in the office, my area has the big file cabinets that have the files everyone is always calling about. Rather than placing people on hold, I'm able to have them on the phone while looking for files. This especially helps when I'm having to find multiple files. What I love about this is not only can I hear people clearly but they can hear me even with making all sorts of noises from opening and closing the filing cabinet. I can switch from either ear which is really nice so I'm not stuck with this headset on one ear and not the other. This does come with extra silicone ear pieces which allows anyone to use it, however, it's just me. The case not only holds the headset but charges it too. I charge it every night when I leave and by the time I come back, it's fully charged. Answering calls and adjusting the volume on this headset are all on the headset itself and are really easy to do with just a push of a button. Really comfortable to wear and doesn't cause any issues with the ear piece.

Bluetooth earpiece excellent sound quality it got a great battery life I can drive down the road and talk to my family while I am driving very comfortable on my ear I love it

great quality for the price
the foam that protects the mic comes off often, but the audio is great when you plug into your phone. works great and is a cheap option to edit and put some voice over videos.

Not good for outside the office
Does not get very loud. If there is a lot of background noise you will not be able to hear your call. When it is quiet, it works nicely. But would recommend another route.

Genuine OEM
Nice new OEM hood for my 2015 Smart. Quick shipping, thanks. My old "service flap" flew off while being towed behind my RV, so it was pretty much ruined from dragging the ground by the strap. It was worth the laughs though.
