Very important supplement!
An essential supplement, that many are unaware of. If you are taking Vitamin. D3, you definitely need this one too. Bottle arrived in good time, and is a decent strength. I’m happy with it.

Very high strength 700mcg capsules
There is no scientific data for taking anything like 700mcg of K2. I’ve taken them for 6 weeks for a specific poor blood flow problem to my feet and they’ve proved to be very beneficial. I want to continue taking K2 but not high strength without evidence it’s been proved to be safe for long periods. These are good, very good, and It’s a shame this company do not also make a lower strength version. I’m now going to look for the same purity in capsule form in a 200mcg strength.
