I bought this recently after using the So-Safe brand for a long time. Then to my surprise i realized this company is doing water projects here in my country - Kenya!! Nice coincidence. The filter does what it says...you will be happy. As I write this, I'm picking up 2 replacement cartridges because sometimes these companies decide to change their products and then we customers can no longer get parts...better to be safe. Taste wise, very good.

This is supposed to reduce impurities of water, however it does the opposite. The product is so poor quality that makes the water cloudy. I followed the installation instructions carefully, let the water run for a while and took samples to test-boil and check the hardness. It doesn't seem to get any better.A well presented brushed steel cylinder that stands there in your kitchen and makes your water quality worse.

It is important to keep the original key to open the Waterdrop filter in order to replace it. Otherwise it does its job perfectly

Dies ist mein zweiter Filter, er hält was er verspricht. Werde ihn auch in Zukunft weiter kaufen.

Ya tenemos 2 años con el filtro, de verdad que muy bien, el sabor de agua claro que cambia (para bien claro), aunque es cuestión de acostumbrarse, ya basta de ir a comprar las botellas grandes de agua. El cambio del filtro interno no resulta tan caro, comparándolo con el hecho de ir al súper, comprar tantas cantidades de botellas de agua (de 8litros) e ir a casa, eso sumándole que hay que estar pendiente de cuando se terminen. Así que para mi, ha sido una buena compra.
