How great is this
My daughter has struggled with clogs of ear wax for years but this earwax removal bottle got it out quickly and painlessly. It even saved us a trip to the doctor.

10 stars!!
Gentle! And that is what you want! You don't want a power washer or long pointy tips. All those will put your eardrum in danger. Instead, take your time and use this gentle squeeze bottle and these nice tips that only go into the first part of your ear. Soften your wax first (use included instructions). And if the first round of irrigation doesn't free you of your wax, soften again, then irrigate again. You didn't get that wax buildup overnight, so don't be in a rush! The idea is you want to simply wash it out, not force it out by building up pressure. Because that pressure would be against your eardrum. Your eardrum is a fairly fragile membrane and it's absolutely essential for your hearing. So treat it kindly.

Don’t cover up the instructions with the mailing label
This looks promising, and it includes what appear to be detailed instructions, but the instructions are written on the back of the box, and whoever put the large mailing label on the box completely covered the instructions. There are no instructions on their website.

Ear wash removal kit works great and gave immediate relief.
I felt all plugged up and just really 'off' and I figured I might give this a try. I lay down and dropped in a bit of hydrogen peroxide and water in my ears to soften up any wax. I then sprayed a whole bottle through my ears and it washed out a few bits of ear wax. I repeated this the next couple days but I almost immediately felt better. Maybe I had a bit of an infection starting? There was no huge chunks washing out or black water or whatever like in some other reviews but washing out my ears seems to have cleaned them up and I've just felt much much better since. I'll try to wash my ears out as a preventative step, maybe once a week or so? I've gone into nurses clinics to clean earwax on elderly relatives and they use similar bottles and washes. If impacted wax doesn't wash out they have tools if need be though. For the cost this seems to be such a good value for easy simple self-care. I've done it with cold water and lukewarm water and cold water really does make you dangerously dizzy. It's imaginable for a person to wash their ears out and fall and crack their skull on the edge of their toilet or bathtub. Take the extra few seconds to heat up your water in the microwave. I also use a 50% mix of filtered, boiled water and hydrogen peroxide. There were cases of people getting brain infections from using contaminated tap water in neti pots so I don't see why you'd risk pumping straight tap water in your ears. Ear nose throat is connected!
