The write up and packet don’t match. The advert states no fillers, but the bag lists microcrystalline cellulose and magnesium stearate in the ingredients. Both are fillers, one is a glazing agent that can negatively affect the immune system.The Amazon page states to take in an empty stomach, the bag states to take with food.The strength is 23:1 on the Amazon page, but is 20:1 on the bag.This product is not trustworthy.

I've tried many times but I just can't stand drinking green tea. I want to enjoy the health benefits green tea brings but I really don't like drinking it at all. These capsules however will help me enjoy those health benefits.These capsules are easy to swallow and taste of absolutely nothing which is excellent. At £5.99 for a two month supply, I find that excellent value for money to help improve your health.

This green tea supplement comes in a resealable pack and comes in capsule form with a recommendation of taking 1 a day. I ordered 60 capsules which will last for two months but there are larger packs.I drink green tea regularly for its antioxidants and said health benefits. It's a nice warm drink, has less caffeine than other teas and makes a great alternative. Green tea is good for detoxing.These capsules are not too large and easy to swallow and there is no aftertaste. I like that they are currently reasonably priced, manufactured in the UK and have a long two-year best-before date so I don't have to consume them all right away. The next time I am looking to purchase a green tea supplement I would certainly consider these.
