This belt is awesome. I wear size 42 pants, but I ordered the XXL to clear my man muffin top. Quality is fantastic, but the cut and fit are what makes this belt so great. I've worn some that I can't wait to get out of, this one is actually comfortable. All support, no pinching. I highly recommend spending a few more bucks on this one, it is absolutely worth it.

Today was my 1st workout wearing this belt. I really like the look of the belt, it offers really good support in the back part of the belt, with good thick sturdy material in the back. That having been said, the strap with the holes that buckles it together is very obviously inferior & thin.....I'm not sure that part is even real leather, so I'm guessing it'll be the first thing to go in a short time. I've got another weightlifting belt that I've had & been using for 42 years......yes 42 "Years"......and it's a one piece belt, made of real thick, heavy duty, leather with a huge buckle & it will last forever. I'd be wearing it now, except I'm still a little too thick around the middle & will have to lose a few more pounds before it'll fit me again. This new belt could have 5 stars if they had made the whole belt of the same thickness as the body of the belt & for what they're selling it for, they could have & still made money. Don't skimp guys, it really gives your company a bad look..🤷‍♂️.

This belt has helped me avoid back injuries when deadlifting and squatting, very sturdy and the shape it has is very comfortable for lifting.

Bought a new Schiek 6” inch weight lifting belt because my old one was showing signs of about to break when buckling. I had my old one for 10 years and used it 4 to 5 times a week and it gave me great back and abdominal support. Therefore I went back with the best which is Schiek for serious lifters.

this is my second schiek belt. my fist was a medium 4". My waist was 34" at the time and it fit but was snug. Time to upsize. The large fits perfectly. 36 waist, middle of the adjustments, about 5 holes each way. i have purchased 2 different belts before i found the first Schiek. Nike, Valeo 6", these dont compare. The Nike was a trainer, comfortable and didn't offer the support i wanted (cloth). The valeo 6" leather was good and stiff, but it wasn't comfortable and too big (large) 34" waist. Then my first 4" schiek, AWESOME, stiff, broke in finally, and never picked up the dusty Nike again. it is still on the floor behind the plate stand. Meanwhile my lifting partner was using the Large Valeo, In 6 months time the leather tensioning strap has cracked almost all the way through, and my Schiek has no signs of wear. I don't anticipate any issues with this 6", it offers better support, dont know if i would recommend the 4" if you are 230, 6' doing deep squats and deads, but this 6" fits the bill perfectly for me. Dont waist money on anything cheaper, this is the ONE belt you will own for a long time. NO REGRETS

I received my first belt in my 20’s. It just broke. I trust this belt will last as long.

Front of belt way too thick, 3 leather layers plus buckle. Awkward! Back of belt has too much padding, bulges, forces spine to curve. Absolutely do not recommend.

Sturdy, skilfully constructed belt. I am loving the support it gives which literally gives me more confidence during big lifts! I am big fan of all Schiek products and own a few from wraps to gym bag and I can honestly say that the quality is a cut above the rest! This is one of the very few fitness brands out there that doesn`t just look cool but actually delivers too! I have a 34 inch waist so the medium was perfect! I do suggest, seeing other reviewers who had problems with the sizes, for Amazon to display the size chart on here! It is virtually impossible to find the chart table on the internet so I myself had to order based on reviews!

I bought this in the hope that it would be my single solution for all my big lifts. This is good for squats and military press. But it doesn't do anything for my bench press. For a deadlift, it slips from the back position after a couple of reps. I would've liked a better back support for deadlift than what this belt offers. I've been using it for almost 2 months. It didn't break-in yet.

The belt itself is a good quality belt however the sizes are quite big and i originally ordered a large that didn't fit. I then bought a medium and immediately tried to return the large belt but was ignored by the seller despite contacting them several times via email. I would give the belt a better rating but have taken the poor customer service into account. If you order this belt make sure it fits otherwise you'll be stuck with a belt that you can't use.
