We replaced palm oil with Shea butter, an improved alternative for the love of nature, as stewards and friends of Mother Earth. We want you to have affordable luxury. - No palm oil is used (we boycott the industry because of orangutan habitat and Amazon Forest destruction). No GMO oils used: palm, soy, corn, or canola. The oils we use are listed below. There are no artificial colors or fragrances. We use only essential oils (only) for all bars. The Uncented and Marseille don't use anything.
- Why are we 50% lower cost? Our (oil-to-retail) mark-up is 5-to-1 instead of 10-to-1. The $2 castile has only 20-cents of oil. We have $1.30 of natural oil; which would cost $12 retail. Our price is $6 because we managed to double the oil-value and decided to not charge double on labor & overhead. You get $12 savings value for $6. Call us for a lower cost on rather large amounts.
