Q: How do i attach the front number plate?

The nameplate has bracket locks. You will need to remove the screws and turn the brackets from horizontal to vertical. Then, the screw will go into the side without the threads first and will screw into the threaded side. Finally, pinch the bracket together and start to thread in the screw. Use a Phillips screw driver to tighten the screw down.

Q: Handlebars are loose and I can't tighten. Any ideas?

The center post has an Allen wrench adjustment, so you might want to loosen this adjustment to raise or lower the handle bar.

Q: How can i buy another front wheel?

Maybe you can contact the sales of the bike. Or just take it to a bike shop and ask them for a replacement wheels. They can help with parts
