Q: Can you stack multiple pictures in the frame? I'm looking to use this for photos and to add a new one each year while storing older ones behind

yes. there is a cardboard insert that holds the picture up to the front of the plastic frame. you can stack other pictures in front or behind, but all you have to do to change a picture is pull the cardboard out and replace the picture with a new one.

Q: Can Command strips be used to hang on wall?

This depends upon what you are putting inside. The frame, in my case 16x20 contains a reproduction of a painting. The frame itself is a box with no back about an inch deep. The command strips usually have a hook. Getting the frame to balance on the hook could be problematic. If the picture has a hanging wire, there should be no problem.

Q: Does the frame have hole in back for hanging on wall?

Yes, there holes in the backing to hang it on the wall as well as a pop out easel for table top display.

Q: Can I put a magazine by the same dimensions 8.5 x 11 in the box?

The inside is slightly smaller than the outside therefore I would suggest a 9x12 or 11x14 frame. The 8.5x11 box might damage the edges of your magazine?
