Nice mat, it grips very well to the surface and its thickness was what I was looking for: a thin gym flooring to place onto carpeting for home workout. Good material. Very comfortable.

If you’re looking for a thick mat, you will probably need to spend more money than this.For the cost of this, you get a value mat that is sufficient if you’re not using on a very hard floor

Seems to be OK. It's a relatively soft foam which pulls after when cats scratch it so it didn't last long.

I loved the color, very pretty lilac and it's very comfy - soft and non-slippery. Also, it's not too thick and effortlessly portable, making it easy for on the go use if needed.

Have had this mat for a wee bit ....too slippy both on wooden floor and my hands / feet both slip on it . I bought a yoga towel to help with the slipping of my feet ...that was slightly better but mat still slide on floor . Mat very soft and marks where my feet / hands have been ( that's not a bit deal as it's just pressure ) .It is comfy enough but as I've just hurt my knee the slippiness is making me nervous . Rubber is the way to go I think

Value for money. Non slip,good quality.

This was cheap so I wasnt expecting it to be great. It does what it needs to. It does tend to crease and move around when you move on it and can stick to your bare feet sometimes. For the price it is fine for simple exercise and yoga.
