Classic Accessories Skagit Inflatable Pontoon Boat

This is our second inflatable pontoon boat. The first which was also bought here on Amazon was a Classic Accessories Bozeman pontoon boat. I finally talked the wife into trying it at the lake and she loved it. We bought US Diver swim fins also here on Amazon, two pairs. She put her flippers on and I helped into the comfy seat and she paddled out and her an son went for about a 30 min float. He has the Challenger K1 inflatable kayak from Amazon. She has always been afraid of water. But when she came back to the beach, grinning I knew I'd have to share.Nope I bought the Skagit!It's a step up from the Bozeman, but I plan on using it more during the week fishing. The Firmer seat and the wire basket works great on 8-10 hr trips on the water. Whether I'm on Douglas Lake in Tenn or Fontana Lake in NC I never go out without a min. of two or three people stopping to talk on the water or in the launch area asking about them. I've added fishing pole holders made from pvc. Plenty of space to carry 4-6 fishing poles and two tackle boxes and a small cooler. I also have another Amazon item, an Intex floatable cooler. I tie it to the back of the pontoon and drag it around ez. Big enough for Ice Chest, dry bags with extra clothes, more fishing gear and snacks.We are going back out this Sunday, so I'll make a video of it in our conversion van and how easy it is to carry two 8 ft pontoon boats and frames partially dissembled in our Dodge conversion van. Takes us less than 10 minutes to unload, inflate and assemble both boats.Ask any questions you might have.

I ordered this boat, the delivery was about 4 days. It was easy to assemble, as nothing was missing and the direction were very clear. I am very careful around the valves when airing them up so as not to damage or break the valve stem while inflating or deflating them. I read several reviews where people stated that valves had broken. This should not happen if the pump adapter is properly seated within the valve housing. I also had concerns about the brass oar brackets from various rewiews, but they have held up beautifully. I am 6 ft tall and 215 lbs and the boat is very stable with me and tackle and a small cooler loaded. It is perfect for a day trout fishing without falling on those slick rocks while wading the river. Great product.

Over all I would recommend this boat. Only problem were oar lock inserts which fell apart. Got new one's from company without any problems but will be making some modifications so it doesn't happen again.

Leaks air

I've had this little boat on a couple of lakes now and I really love it! It's very manageable for one person to load and unload. I was a little leery at first, but I trust it completely to get me on the water and catch fish. I added a Humminbird Fishing Buddy 120 to it and it's a fish catching machine. The only cons I can think of is that the pockets are a little floppy and the cup/can holder is pretty useless. Assembly took very little time and has great instructions. One thing about this unit is you sit a little higher on the water than others I've seen, which I like. I wouldn't hesitate when buying this great little pontoon.

Great pontoon!!

Perfect size for getting into tight places to fish. I added small trolling motor and the metal rack on back makes it very easy to hold battery. Golden!! Does not have a travel wheel by classic Accessories but Outcast makes a universal one that works great that attaches just under the seat. Added a couple pole holders out of pvc pipe. I can wheel this boat to anywhere now!!
