This thing is magic. It’s high quality and works excellently. With lug bolts on my Mercedes, this is the fastest way to put your tire on.I like the knurled end. It makes installation and removal a snap. Be careful not to scratch your wheel though.This stainless steel rod is much more durable than the factory aluminum one. I highly recommend replacing it. It’s worth the money - especially if you have to use it in an emergency.

This is a must for mounting wheels on German cars. Recommend using two. Screw it into the hub, hang the wheel and install the wheel mounting bolts. They remove easily so you can install the last 2 bolts

Have not yet used the item yet but it appears to be very well machined with a nice color coded anodized finish with the size (mine is a M12 X 1.5 for a Mercedes CLK550) laser etched onto the shaft for easy identification. I like that on the threaded end, the first few threads have been removed (it is not threaded all the way to the end of the device) to help to minimize the chance of cross-threading or damaging the device threads if it is dropped on the pavement. This makes it much easier to start the alignment pin into the hub threads. Shaft length is shorter than the Mercedes OEM one that came with my car, but I suppose this will place less torque on the hub threads if the weight of the wheel is accidentally dropped on the far end of the device (the end farthest from the hub) when trying to align the wheel on the pin. So far, am very pleased. Will have better feedback once the device is actually used of course, but I can’t imagine on such a simple device that it will not work as designed.

These are really helpful when you take the wheels off!

FIT FOR 2025 LEXUS NX 350H

I have three of these in various sizes/thread pitches, for my BMW’s and Porsche. I found that products from other recommended vendors would bend when the weight of the wheel and tire was placed on them, or would easily get cross-threaded. I then found these from Wheel Connect, and have been VERY pleased! They are sturdy stainless steel, and don’t bend when weight is put on them, They tread easily into the wheel carrier and don’t cross-thread. Importantly, the outer portion where you slide the wheel on is a smaller diameter so the wheel goes on easily, then gradually tapers up to full diameter, in order to center the wheel directly over the holes. They are color coded so you know which goes with which car. Overall, an excellent design. I have had them over 18 months and changed probably 40 tires with no sign of wear (I change tires a lot for the track). I would highly recommend them over any others.

Works good. Still somewhat difficult to put wheel back on but better than not using them.

While working on my 911 recently, this wheel alignment pin proved to be an absolute lifesaver. It made attaching the wheel and aligning everything perfectly a breeze, ensuring the lug nuts went on without any hassle. Without it, the process was much more challenging.
