Don’t Putin washing machine - even a hand wash!!
Do not put this in the washing machine!! I put it in a hand wash in the machine as my little boy threw up on it ..all the colour ran into each other!! Raging 😤

Looks great but quality could be better
I saw this rug on Project Nursery for a lot more money. This rug was the perfect size for us and such a good deal. The Black letters are very patchy with a lot of gaps where the white fabric comes through beneath it. I just went to a craft store and bought a permanent fabric pen to fill in the gaps and now it looks great. I think it is well worth the effort for the price- just something to keep in mind.

This is adorable in my little girl's nursery
This is adorable in my little girl's nursery. The size is perfect, as the room is rather small. It is soft and plush, but it'll be easy to throw in the washing machine when it gets dirty because it is not overly thick and heavy. The only thing I will caution on is that you MUST put a rug pad underneath it if it is going on a wood floor. There is no backing on it whatsoever, and I almost fell after walking over it and slipping. An easy fix, but this could have been disastrous for my unborn baby if I had fallen. No doubt a child could also get hurt from slipping and falling. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Beautiful if you plan to never wash it
When I first received this rug it was beautiful! Unfortunately, after washing this rug is now ruined. Despite following the care directions. The black letters are misshapen and the cream is now covered in the black lint and it appears dingy. Being that this rug is in my toddlers room, being washable was a big selling point. The quality is just not there.

I agree with the other review that the rug looks nicer from afar. Ours arrived with dirt above the “K” along the edge, vast inconsistent spacing between the lettering, and the black stitching coming out in two spots. However, the color is more white than beige and my husband likes the overall look so I’m keeping it just to have something match the nursery. If you don’t expect this to be high quality or plush then it is fine.
