Lovely hanging banner
I surprised my boyfriend with this banner and he was pleasantly surprised. The letters are a good size and the length of the strings was perfect. Really good quality plus can be reusable.

Damaged Upon Arrival
The product arrived and the string holding it together was in pieces at one end. The burlap letters themselves were sturdy. I needed it for the following day and could not return. I ended up tying the loose pieces of string together. I was disappointed that the string was not in tact as it should have been.
